Map View
On the Calendar and Tasks Tabs of PlumLife, you can elect to see your appointments and tasks as a map.
To make this functionality really work well for you, it helps if you enter the street address and city of each location in the Where field of an event or errand. (Don't use any apostrophes in your address.) Once you've typed in a location, the system will remember it.
Even though you know where your mother-in-law lives, type in her physical address so that it maps when you have to leave directions for a sitter.

Map View
On the Home Tab, if you have expanded the Task shelf (at the bottom of the screen)), when you select Map View, you can see both Events and Tasks mapped together. Be sure to check the box to "show undated tasks" if you want to see everything on your to do list.
On the Calendar Tab, Map View displays only events with addresses.
On the Task Tab, Map View displays only errands in the map view but all tasks are in the list to the right of the map.
Individual errands will show a small map with the location of that individual errand.
On the People Tab, selecting an Individual Card also enables you to see a small map of the related address when you click on the little map icon.
