Notifications and Communication

PlumLife not only gives you a place to track all of the details about drivers, sitters and tasks but, if you provide the email, PlumLife will notify all people involved to let them know that they are request to attend, or asked to drive, or needed as a sitter. Using an icon display system, you are notified when all of the details are confirmed or you have a visual cue when something is not complete for an upcoming event.

Sending Notifications via Text

PlumLife is currently designed to communicate primarily by email because most email clients allow the recipient to merely click Accept or Decline to let you know that they are confirming.

You can send an email as a text directly to a phone number. The entire body of the email is sent as a text.

We are working to improve the communication via text!

Using the Event Notes Field

Notes field is another way PlumLife helps you keep track of all the details. Say you are planning on throwing a party. Just gather your list of supplies and input it right into the PlumLife event notes field. Are your notes private? No problem! Check the Private box and now you are keeping track of the details without your invitees knowing unnecessary details.
